AlphaLuma Refund Policy

All purchases made through AlphaLuma are processed by Apple Inc. via the App Store. This policy explains how refunds work and how to request one.


1. All Purchases Are Processed by Apple

AlphaLuma Pro subscriptions and any in-app purchases are billed through your Apple ID account via the Apple App Store. We do not directly collect payment information, and therefore we are unable to process refunds directly.

All refund requests must be submitted through Apple.


2. How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund for App Store purchases through any of the following methods:

Method 1 — Apple's Report a Problem page (recommended):

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with the Apple ID you used to make the purchase
  3. Find the AlphaLuma purchase and tap "Report a Problem"
  4. Select a reason and submit your request

Method 2 — Apple Support:

  1. Visit support.apple.com
  2. Navigate to Billing & Subscriptions → Request a Refund

Method 3 — iOS Settings:

  1. Open Settings → tap your Apple ID
  2. Tap "Subscriptions" → select AlphaLuma Pro
  3. Tap "Cancel Subscription" to stop future renewals

Note: Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period. To request a refund for charges already made, use Method 1 or Method 2 above.

Whether a refund is approved is determined solely by Apple. Apple generally considers refunds for:

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected in the "Effective Date" at the top of this document and communicated through the App where appropriate.
