Membership Not Working After Purchase

Close and reopen the app, then tap the "Restore Purchase" button to restore your membership status.

About Membership Benefits

Your membership is tied to your Apple ID (iOS users). Simply sign in with the same Apple ID to access membership features. If you encounter issues, try the following:

• Go to Settings → tap "About Us" → "Restore Purchase"
• Or contact the developer through the "Suggestions & Feedback" page

About Refunds

If you feel AlphaLuma does not meet your needs, you can request a refund through Apple's official channels:

1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
2. Sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase
3. Find your AlphaLuma purchase and select "Report a Problem"
4. Choose a refund reason and submit

Creative Look & Recipes

Creative Look Recipes Not Recognized Correctly

Please make sure the uploaded photo is an original Sony image. The original camera file (straight-out-of-camera) is required — photos processed by third-party editing software may not be recognized correctly.

About Creating Recipes

After saving as "My Recipe", parameters you manually adjusted will be locked, while parameters you did not adjust will be automatically detected.

Data & iCloud Sync

User Information Keeps Failing to Save

Please check whether iCloud is enabled:

1. Go to iPhone "Settings"
2. Tap your Apple ID at the top → "iCloud"
3. Make sure the sync toggle for AlphaLuma is turned on

Data Recovery After Switching Phones or Reinstalling

Data syncs automatically via iCloud. Simply sign in with the same Apple ID and your recipes, settings, and membership will be restored.

Watermarks & Card Compositing

App Crashes When Compositing Cards

This is usually caused by insufficient device memory. To prevent crashes, avoid batch processing a large number of high-resolution images at once.

Watermark Template Style Doesn't Match Preview

If you notice that a watermark template doesn't match the actual result, please contact us with a screenshot so we can investigate.
