AlphaLuma Membership Terms of Use Agreement

Welcome to the AlphaLuma membership service (hereinafter referred to as the "Membership Service").

Important Notice: Before activating the Membership Service, please carefully read the "AlphaLuma Membership Terms of Use Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") and the "AlphaLuma User Agreement," and fully understand the contents of each clause, especially the clauses that exempt or limit liability, which are highlighted in bold. This Agreement is a supplementary agreement to the "AlphaLuma Membership Service Agreement" and is an inseparable part of it. If you are under 18 years of age, please read this Agreement with your legal guardian and pay special attention to the terms of use for minors.

Section 1: Definitions and Scope of Application

1. "AlphaLuma Membership Terms of Use Agreement": Refers to the agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Membership Service, including this Agreement, membership service page descriptions, terms of service, and updated versions of this Agreement. All documents that constitute this Agreement become an inseparable part of it once published/disclosed.

2. Automatic Renewal: Refers to the renewal method where the service fee for the next subscription period is automatically deducted from your iTunes account 24 hours before the current subscription period expires, in response to your automatic renewal request.

3. This Agreement applies to both you and us, and both parties must strictly adhere to the terms set forth herein:

• If you do not agree with any terms of this Agreement, you should immediately cease using the Membership Service
• If you have completed any action that indicates your acceptance of all or part of this Agreement, including but not limited to clicking the "Purchase Now/Renew" button, "Proceed to Payment," or "I have read and agree" button, you are deemed to have accepted this Agreement

Section 2: Service Content

1. Membership Service Content: The Membership Service provided by AlphaLuma includes but is not limited to the following content: watermark editing, Sony Creative Look parameter recognition, cloud storage, EXIF data viewing, and more. The specific service content is based on the service items you see on the purchase page.

Detailed Service Items

1. Recognition of Sony Camera Exclusive Parameters: This feature automatically recognizes and reads Creative Look parameters and other exclusive settings in photos taken by Sony cameras, helping users understand and analyze the details of each photo.

2. Quickly Add Sony Creative Look Recipes: Users can quickly add and manage Sony camera Creative Look recipes. These recipes can be directly applied to the camera to help users capture photos with specific styles. Pro members can save and use these recipes without limitation.

3. Add Exclusive Watermark Borders: Provides a variety of AlphaLuma-style watermarks and borders, allowing users to add personalized marks to photos, enhancing the professional and artistic feel of the photos. Supports a WYSIWYG editing experience, making it easy for users to preview and adjust the position and style of watermarks and borders.

4. Batch Adding Support: Users can add watermarks and borders to multiple photos at once, saving time and effort, and improving efficiency. This feature is particularly suitable for professional photographers and photography enthusiasts who need to process a large number of photos.

5. Generate Personalized Sony Recipe Cards: Users can generate personalized Sony Creative Look recipe cards based on their needs, including detailed parameters and preview images of the recipes. Users can save these cards and share them with others, facilitating communication and learning.

6. Support for iCloud Cloud Storage Backup and Synchronization: Pro members can back up all recipes, edited photos, and other important data to iCloud, enabling cross-device synchronization and data protection. It should be noted that the specific iCloud storage functionality depends on the user's iCloud space.

2. Automatic Renewal Membership Instructions

2.1 Annual Membership:

3. Service Changes: We reserve the right to adjust and change the content and pricing of the Membership Service based on actual circumstances. We will notify you in advance through announcements, emails, or in-app messages.

Section 3: User Rights and Obligations

1. User Rights: You have the right to enjoy the Membership Service provided by AlphaLuma, provided that you comply with this Agreement and relevant laws and regulations.

2. User Obligations: When using the Membership Service, you must comply with relevant laws and regulations and may not use the Membership Service for any illegal activities. You must properly safeguard your account and password information and may not transfer or lease them to others.

Section 4: Fees and Payments

1. Membership Service Fees: The Membership Service is a paid service, and the specific fee standards are based on the prices displayed on the purchase page.

2. Payment Method: Membership Service fees are deducted from your Apple iTunes account. You must ensure that your account has sufficient balance to cover the fees.

3. Automatic Renewal: If you choose to activate the automatic renewal service, the system will automatically deduct the service fee for the next subscription period from your iTunes account 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. To cancel automatic renewal, please disable the automatic renewal function at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.

Section 5: Service Interruption or Termination

1. Service Interruption: If service interruption occurs due to system maintenance or upgrades, we will notify you in advance whenever possible.

2. Service Termination: If you violate this Agreement or relevant laws and regulations, we have the right to terminate the Membership Service provided to you.

Section 6: Disclaimer

1. Force Majeure: We are not liable for any responsibility due to force majeure events, such as government actions, natural disasters, wars, communication line interruptions, hacker attacks, computer virus infections or outbreaks, telecommunications department technical adjustments, or temporary shutdown of services due to government regulations.

2. Service Guarantee: We do not guarantee that the Membership Service will meet your requirements, nor do we guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted. We do not guarantee the timeliness, security, or accuracy of the service.

Section 7: Damage Compensation

Infringement Liability: If you cause us any loss due to the content you provide, publish, or transmit through the Membership Service infringing on the rights of others, we have the right to deduct the relevant fees from your account. If the amount is insufficient to cover the loss, we reserve the right to pursue further compensation.

Section 8: Amendments to the Agreement

We reserve the right to modify and change this Agreement based on actual circumstances. The amended Agreement will take effect immediately upon publication/disclosure. If you do not agree with the modified content, you should immediately stop using the Membership Service. If you continue to use it, it means you agree to accept the modified Agreement.
