AlphaLuma Refund Policy
All purchases made through AlphaLuma are processed by Apple Inc. via the App Store. This policy explains how refunds work and how to request one.
1. All Purchases Are Processed by Apple
AlphaLuma Pro subscriptions and any in-app purchases are billed through your Apple ID account via the Apple App Store. We do not directly collect payment information, and therefore we are unable to process refunds directly.
All refund requests must be submitted through Apple.
2. How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund for App Store purchases through any of the following methods:
Method 1 — Apple's Report a Problem page (recommended):
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with the Apple ID you used to make the purchase
- Find the AlphaLuma purchase and tap "Report a Problem"
- Select a reason and submit your request
Method 2 — Apple Support:
- Visit support.apple.com
- Navigate to Billing & Subscriptions → Request a Refund
Method 3 — iOS Settings:
- Open Settings → tap your Apple ID
- Tap "Subscriptions" → select AlphaLuma Pro
- Tap "Cancel Subscription" to stop future renewals
Note: Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period. To request a refund for charges already made, use Method 1 or Method 2 above.
3. Apple's Refund Policy
Whether a refund is approved is determined solely by Apple. Apple generally considers refunds for:
- Accidental purchases
- Purchases that did not work as described
- Duplicate charges
- Unauthorized purchases (especially for minors)
Apple's standard policy does not guarantee refunds for all requests. For detailed eligibility criteria, refer to Apple's official policy: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes.
4. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
- AlphaLuma Pro subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- Once a subscription period has been charged, the fee for that period is non-refundable unless Apple approves an exception
- You can cancel auto-renewal at any time through your Apple ID account settings without affecting access for the remainder of the current billing period
5. Lifetime / One-Time Purchases
If AlphaLuma offers a one-time (non-subscription) Pro purchase:
- The purchase is final once processed by Apple
- Refund eligibility follows Apple's standard policy
- We recommend contacting Apple within the standard return window

7. Changes to This Policy
